All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement presented at the time of booking confirmation or vehicle pick-up. This document outlines specific terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your obligations regarding the rental. In any case of discrepancy between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take priority.

Full payment, along with a security deposit, is generally required upon vehicle pickup. All charges are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. 4. Vehicle Collection and Return Options

Any issues must be reported immediately, and a vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by both parties. When returning the vehicle, it should be in the same condition as it was collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and may incur additional charges. The vehicle should also be returned with the same fuel level as at collection; refueling charges apply if the fuel level is lower. 5. Liability and Insurance

Additional insurance options may be offered to help lower your financial responsibility. Review these options thoroughly. You are liable for any damage or loss up to the excess amount unless additional insurance is purchased. Any damage resulting from neglect or improper use remains your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise details, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows could incur additional charges, affecting your total rental cost.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses in Stroud
- Prohibited activities include using the vehicle for illegal purposes or participating in racing, off-roading, or similar hazardous actions. Transporting dangerous materials is forbidden. The vehicle must not be sub-let or driven by unauthorized individuals.
